Both you and DOT Solutions hereby irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts for the purpose of hearing and determining any dispute arising out of this agreement and for the purpose of enforcement of any judgement. |

| 17: | Information shown at DOT Solutions relies upon the Domain registration authorities and is therefore provisional. Applications to register Domains via DOT Solutions may be declined by the authorities for any reason. |
| 18: | Payment of registration fees to DOT Solutions does not imply acceptance. Where it transpires that a Domain applied for is unavailable, delayed, declined or for any reason the registration is cancelled by any authority or if any error or technical fault by any party results in the loss of the Domain then the purchaser may be re-imbursed in full the payment made in respect of that Domain but shall not be entitled to any further compensation. |
| 19: | If you fail to renew a Domain registration then your registration will lapse and you will lose all rights to your Domain. Renewal of a Domain purchased through DOT Solutions or the transfer into DOT Solutions of a domain purchased elsewhere can be facilitated via DOT Solutions or by contacting DOT Solutions Customer Support at the address given. The Registrant is strongly advised not to announce the Domain until the registration is complete and further to verify registration via the normal search box at DOT Solutions, where one click on an underlined Domain reveals the name of the registrant for that Domain. The process of registration takes several days from application and the rules of acceptance are controlled by the authorities. |
| 21: | Successful registration of a Domain does not imply the legal right to use that Domain. Do not register offensive words or names which may infringe the trademarks, trading names or property rights of others. Such domain name will not be accepted and charges may be made for expenses incurred as a result of handling such requests.
